Steps:
  1. Cut your chicken breasts in half and grill them with some sunflower oil until the chicken is cooked through. Make sure not to overcook the chicken.
  2. Put the Dolmio (stir in) tomato & basil sauce into a Wok with some Schwartz chicken seasoning and spinach. Heat up the sauce as the chicken cooks.
  3. Add some butter to the chicken and then cut it into pieces.
  4. Add the cooked chicken breasts to the Dolmio Sauce to the Wok.
  5. Griddle your Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables.
  6. Add the Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables to the wok.
  7. Serve!
This is such a quick and simple super healthy meal. You can serve it with rice or pasta. For a single portion, I use the whole container of the Dolmio sauce, three handfuls of spinach, two chicken breasts, one teaspoon of butter, a dash of sunflower oil and a whole tub of Mediterranean vegetables from the co-op. I love this recipe so much and hope you enjoy it too!
Much love,
Alexandria.

MOTD: Across The Universe.

Hey guys, so the musical of the day is "Across The Universe". I remember watching this when I first started college and I turned it off after an hour because I didn't like it. I decided to watch it again today because I thought I'd give it a second chance and I'm really glad I did because I realized it wasn't that I didn't like it originally, it was that I didn't understand it. This musical contains the incredible music of the Beatles and centers around a character called Jude, a guy from Liverpool who goes to America to meet his father who left his mom during the War. The story spirals off into other themes. I like the plot of this jukebox musical, it's a bit all over the place but there are loads of different layers to it. I feel like it's a movie you really need to sit and take the time to watch because it gets confusing if you miss one small thing. I'd love to see this performed on stage with a whole load of movement throughout, I think that the songs are very cleverly used. Overall I'm glad that I decided to rewatch this film and I loved the way they ended it and some of the acting choices in the songs were stunning! I also adore a happy ending and this one definitely had that.

MOTD: Billy Elliot.

This show is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I watched Billy Elliot Live this evening and I've fallen in love with it. The songs are perfectly fit with the story and the choreography is outstanding, not to mention the talent amongst the cast. I recommend everyone watch the live recording (available on DVD from Zoom) because it truly is a one in a million show. My favourite parts were definitely the dance duet between young and old Billy and the "Electricity" solo. If this ever comes back to the West End I'll be running to buy tickets.
